Barth Agency Services, Inc. (“BAS”) provides statutory Registered Agent services in California and Nevada to ensure your entity maintains continuous compliance with state requirements. Every entity is legally required to maintain a Registered Agent in each state in which it is formed or registered to do business. Failure to maintain an active Registered Agent can result in administrative penalties, loss of good standing, or even suspension or forfeiture of the entity.

As Registered Agent, BAS accepts service of process, government correspondence, and official notices on behalf of your entity. All documents received are promptly logged and forwarded to your designated contact, creating a clear administrative record of receipt and delivery.

Our role is limited to maintaining the required in-state presence and ensuring reliable handling of official communications. BAS does not interpret legal documents, provide legal advice, or respond to governmental agencies on your behalf. Clients remain responsible for taking appropriate action upon receipt of any notices.
